Five-year survival including in-hospital deaths (5%) was 35% in the whole series, 49% after SEBE, and 0% after palliative resection. Five-year survival after SEBE was 64% for intramural tumors versus 34% for extramural neoplastic processes (P < .0001), and it was 43% for patients with < 5 metastatic nodes versus 11 % for those with involvement of >= 5 nodes (P = .0001)./ 미리보기
