As big data become a talking point world-widely, printing out useful analyzed data through various input information become a important part. In the past, if people just analyzed little data, nowadays and future there would be numerous data which people can not even solve the problem from data management system. For this, many other analyzing methods occur which to solve the biggest problem while analyzing big data. Here is the way to protect their techniques from others. It is called patent. Patents related to analyzing big data, it commonly classifies for patent of computer program. This patent of computer program is decided by examiner through examination of patent applications using the paper of screening criteria for computer program patent. Actually, there is one common way to apply the patent for the method of analyzing big data. ‘Method for analyzing Algorithm’become the most common way to create the model to analyze input big data. Not only United States but also all over the world has discussed about the patentability of computer program patent for long period. So this study is about analyzing, how to become a patent as possible. Also, tried to look for what kind of needs would be available if Korean patent of big data get ready to be patentability.
For this, this study researched about the classified patent of big data through International classification system, and analyzed the trend of patent of big data internationally and domestically. Based on the analysis, this study analyzed about the final reason of the registered patent and the patent which registration was rejected, and contrived how could the patent of big data be registered.
