1642 저널기사 LABORATORY INVESTIGATIONS - Electrophysiologic Evidence for Increased Endogenous GABAergic but Not Glycinergic Inhibitory Tone in the Rat Spinal Nerve Ligation Model of Neuropathy/ 미리보기
American Society of Anesthesiologists, etc.] 2001
1643 저널기사 LABORATORY INVESTIGATIONS - Enflurane Actions on Spinal Cords from Mice That Lack the b3 Subunit of the GABAA Receptor - Deletion of the GABAA receptor b3 subunit did not alter the sensitivity of mouse spinal cord responses to enflurane, but did reduce the role of GABAA receptors in mediating the actions of enflurane. This mutation thus resulted in a quantitative shift in the molecular basis for enflurane depression of spinal neurotransmission, in which other anesthetic target sites replaced GABAA receptors./ 미리보기
Wong, Shirley M E American Society of Anesthesiologists, etc.] 2001
1644 저널기사 LABORATORY INVESTIGATIONS - Enflurane Directly Depresses Glutamate AMPA and NMDA Currents in Mouse Spinal Cord Motor Neurons Independent of Actions on GABAA or Glycine Receptors - The results of the current study show a direct depressant effect of enflurane on glutamate responses in spinal cord motor neurons. Depression persists if inhibitory receptors are blocked. These results are consistent with the hypothesis that immobility as an anesthetic endpoint results from actions on motor neurons, and that direct depression of glutamate excitatory responses plays a role independent of enhancement of g-aminobutyric acid AA or glycine inhibition./ 미리보기

1645 저널기사 LABORATORY INVESTIGATIONS - Epidural Anesthesia Retards Intestinal Acidosis and Reduces Portal Vein Endotoxin Concentrations during Progressive Hypoxia in Rabbits/ 미리보기

Ishikawa, S Macmillan Journals 2001
1651 저널기사 LABORATORY INVESTIGATIONS: - Expression of matrix metalloproteinases 2 and 9 in meningiomas associated with different degrees of brain invasiveness and edema./ 미리보기
Sandberg Nordqvist, Ann-Christin Williams and Willkins 2001
1652 저널기사 LABORATORY INVESTIGATIONS - Facilitated Uptake of Fentanyl, but Not Alfentanil, by Human Pulmonary Endothelial Cells - Saturable, facilitated fentanyl uptake was observed in human lung microvascular endothelial cells and was inhibited by verapamil but was unaffected by a blocking antibody to P-glycoprotein. Alfentanil uptake by these cells occurred by diffusion alone. These results suggest that specific uptake and sequestration of fentanyl by human lung microvascular endothelial cells may be the mechanisms of its extensive pulmonary uptake/ 미리보기
Waters, Christopher M American Society of Anesthesiologists, etc.] 2000
1653 저널기사 LABORATORY INVESTIGATIONS: - Far-field responses to stimulation of the cochlear nucleus by microsurgically placed penetrating and surface electrodes in the cat./ 미리보기
Rosaiil, Steffen K Williams and Willkins 2001
1654 저널기사 LABORATORY INVESTIGATIONS - Flow Modulation of Pressure-sensitive Tone in Rat Pial Arterioles: Role of the Endothelium - In isolated pial arterioles, perfusion increased the threshold pressure for smooth muscle activation, and active tone was maintained at higher transmural pressures than in vessels studied in the absence of flow. This interaction may be important in preserving cerebral perfusion and stabilizing transcapillary fluid flux during fluctuations in systemic arterial pressure./ 미리보기
Ward, Michael E American Society of Anesthesiologists, etc.] 2001
1655 저널기사 LABORATORY INVESTIGATIONS: - Frameless stereotaxy for anterior spinal procedures 미리보기

Firestone, L L Macmillan Journals 2000
1658 저널기사 LABORATORY INVESTIGATIONS - Halothane but Not Isoflurane Attenuates Interleukin 1b-induced Nitric Oxide Synthase in Vascular Smooth Muscle - Halothane, but not isoflurane, significantly inhibited the vascular response induced by interleukin 1b. Halothane also suppressed the accumulation of cyclic guanosine monophosphate content and the expression of induced nitric oxide synthase messenger RNA and protein evoked by interleukin 1b in rat vascular smooth muscle./ 미리보기

1659 저널기사 LABORATORY INVESTIGATIONS - Halothane-dependent Lipid Peroxidation in Human Liver Microsomes Is Catalyzed by Cytochrome P4502A6 (CYP2A6) - Lipid peroxidation occurred as a consequence of halothane metabolism under low oxygen tension in human (less than rat) liver microsomes. Human liver microsomal and expressed CYP2A6 catalyzed the halothane-dependent lipid peroxidation./ 미리보기
