Particles and fields in fluid turbulence - The search for scaling laws has been an important part of the theoretical effort to describe turbulence. This article presents the theory of some new scaling relations that have been recently obtained for correlation functions. The new relations are "anomalous" in that they break the invariance of the dynamic equations from which they are derived./
